She also represents the FSB on the Market Conduct Working Group of the IAIS.
Starting in the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Registration Department at the FSB, Michele advanced in her career and moved into the FAIS Supervision department, which she currently manages. She has gained vital knowledge working as the Retail Distribution Review (RDR) workstream leader for non-advice sales execution and is currently also involved in three other RDR workstreams.
